Cara Membuat Lamb Kabsah

  1. Siapkan bahan2, cuci beras, rendam min 20 mnt..

  4. Masukn air, garam dan lada, masak dgn panci presto +- 20 mnt, buka panci jika sdh tdk mendesis. Sisihkan daging kambing..
  5. Masukan beras basmati dlm panci sisa merebus kambing. Masak dgn api sedang. Jika air mulai mengering (saat), kecilkan api, tutup panci masak hingga beras tanak..
  6. Penyelesaian : sesaat seblm diangkat, taburkan kismis. Sajikan nasi dgn daging kambing, taburi bawang goreng..
